Finance Intranet

NatureBridge uses Google docs, sheets, etc. including Google Sites for its organization wide intranet. The Finance Department had a single page with a long list of links for staff to access anything from forms to tutorials to policy documents. There was no branding and most documents were non-editable pdfs - even forms. I was asked to redesign the landing page and create subpages for all staff to easily find what they need including:

• branded finance department specific templates

• embedded videos and documents for more user friendly design

• varied visual weights to encourage navigation to specific locations and most used documents

• update existing forms with formulas and data validation
